- Recipient of Dr.J.C.Patel Best Paper award for the paper entitled "Frequency distribution of Human Platelet Antigens (HPA) in the Indian population and its association with Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (NAITP)", at the 28 th annual conference and CME of Mumbai Hematology Group, Mumbai, March 26-28, 2004.
- Obtained Best Paper Award for the paper entitled "Study of Human Platelet-Specific Antigen (HPA-1) in Indian Population and detection of cases of Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (NAITP)", at the Silver Jubilee Conference of ISBTI, Tirupati, 10-12 November 2000.
